Slow things down so each of you can feel seen, heard, and understood at a deeper level. Together, we practice new ways of listening, repairing after ruptures, and making shared decisions that honor both of your needs. The goal is a relationship that feels more honest, secure, and alive, not just “fixed” on the surface.

Meet Evan

Greetings!

I’m Evan, a WA State Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) and professional coach, blending clinical psychology with 10+ years of real-world coaching experience. My work is collaborative and coaching-forward: we clarify what matters most to you, map the patterns that keep you stuck, and translate insight into concrete next steps you can actually live out. I draw from evidence-based approaches, emotional/intuitive intelligence work, and integral modalities to help you see your life, work, and relationships from a wider angle — more options than “just push through” or “burn it all down”, thank goodness!

Nearly 20 years of my life were spent in various stages of anxiety or depression. Any external success was held together by coping mechanisms that no longer served. I committed to understanding myself more deeply and in the process, found greater meaning in listening to my body and embracing my emotional/empathic core, setting me again in the direction of coaching and counseling. Prior to this work, I've held leadership and consulting roles from startups to big tech, helping individuals and teams navigate pressure, ambiguity, and constant change.

I hold a M.A. in Psychology and utilize evidence-based modalities like CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral), Somatic/Breathwork, Narrative, and integral frameworks that address your whole system. Whether we’re working on anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, or performance, my goal is to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, experience new ways of being, and leave each session with something tangible.
